When I hate my writing

I opened the email for my daily blog and read it (You can get it too by signing to receive it at www.meellc.com ).

I hated it!

"Why did I write that?" I asked myself, sitting at the kitchen table watching the rain through the sliding glass doors.

It's a funny idea.

No matter how bad things are there's always someone worse off.

 

That got me thinking if you follow the logic long enough, eventually we could find the one person out of 7 Billion people who is worse off than the rest of us.

How bad off would that person be?

But I didn't like the way it came off.

It happens. As much as I try to make them funny, clever and uplifting sometimes I miss the mark.

In Hebrew, "sin" is defined as missing the mark.

Oh well.

I quickly forgave myself and started on the next one which is all about how to forgive yourself.
