In a recent study it is noted that "Getting out of bed sharply increases risk of things getting even worse."
Hoo-boy!
Some days it is certainly true!
I know many who believe it's best to simply remain in bed until somebody drags them out or ... they have to pee so badly they get up ... though honestly some are so adverse to things getting worse they simply pee their beds.
I'm okay with mornings and believe every one is a chance to start over, regardless of how bad the last day was.
Some days are continuations of the previous one and if things are great ... well ... it's wonderful.
If things are bad however ... it makes you want to go back to bed and wait to start over on another day.
We all have them.
When they happen, I think it best that in spite of what's happening, it's not going to last ... remind myself to try to learn what got me here so I can do my best to not repeat it and remember God's still gifted me this day to live.
Lot's of others aren't so lucky.
So I try to repair my wrongs, enjoy what I've been given, appreciate what got me here, put myself in a position to celebrate better days.
It's either that or slowly die in a pee stained bed.
