Flies are enjoying her cinnamon toast.
She’s busy enjoying something else.
It’s the thing about this gift of life … there’s just so much to enjoy it’s hard to fit it all in.
“But it’s still your birthday,” she protests while I take down the banner Sarah Elliott hung to celebrate my day.
“It sure is,” I smile.
There’s some bad in my life but it’s mostly good!
